Notice on closure and transfer of the Koganei Administration Division to a new office

The Koganei Administration Division will be closed during the following period due to transfer to a new office (the Administration Building).
1.The closed period of the Koganei offices

Note: Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and August 11th which is a national holiday.
※The current BASE office will close from Friday, August 25th, and will be transferred to the new office(the Administration Building).
For detailed information, we will inform the BASE students separately.
The Department of Industrial Technology and Innovation will be transferred to Buildings No.3 and No.5 due to renovation works in the main building.

Please note that the Koganei offices will be closed on Wednesday, August 9th for electric facilities inspection, and also during August 14th through August 16th for summer holidays.
2. About issuance of certificates
Issuing certificates for the TUAT alumni: Until Thursday, August 10th, we will issue certificates at the current Koganei Student Support Office and BASE office. After Thursday, August 17th, certificates will be issued at new office (the Administration Building).
Automatic certificate issuing machine for the current Students:
Students can use it at the main building until Friday, August 18th, and at the new office from Thursday, August 24th.
Please note that students will not be able to submit any applications to issue certificates, nor to use the automatic certificate issuing machine on August 9th (electric facilities inspection), and from August 14th through August 16th (summer holidays).
